We partner with Natural Sciences Career Services to host company nights/information sessions. The steps below detail the process to schedule an information session. Also, if you prepare a brief summary of what your company does and what opportunities are available for CS students, we can make short announcements at our meetings and in our weekly mail-out.
Standard Services (free through Natural Sciences Career Services):
1. Contact the Recruiting Coordinator (recruit AT cns.utexas.edu) to request your date and time. Please provide your first preference and two alternate dates so that they can work around scheduling conflicts. They will reserve a multi-media room on campus.
2. Once your room is scheduled, they will send you a confirmation e-mail with the date, time, room number and further instructions.
3. Natural Sciences Career Services will advertise on their website, on e-Recruiting, and through listserv messages to students.
4. We recommend that you make arrangements to provide food and beverages at your event. Please see link below for catering information. You will be responsible for your own catering.
