Corporate Event FAQs

How much does an event cost? How and when do we pay?
Email corporate for details about pricing. Payment is by check made out to UTACM, received one week prior to the event.

What does the UTACM supply? What should we bring?
The UTACM supplies:

  • Promotion for the event in the form of flyers, announcements at meetings, and email lists
  • Pizza or sandwiches and drinks (if reimbursed)

Successful company information sessions include both technical staff and recruiters. Many companies demo products they are currently working on. Some companies bring promotional items such as shirts and free software, although others raffle away laptops, PDAs, and similar items.
